Burst balloons must be removed immediately. Keep away from eyes. Use a pump to inflate! Latex balloons are made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergies. Foil balloons can conduct electricity. Do not release the helium-filled balloon outdoors and keep it away from electrical conductors. Do not use metallic strings and tie the balloon to something heavy to prevent it from flying away.
